1. Order Processing Time: Once we receive your customization request and payment in full, our team will begin working on your design. Orders will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of receiving your final approval of the design.

2. Design Approval: Before we proceed with production, we will provide you with a digital proof of the customized design for your approval. It is essential to review the design carefully and provide any necessary feedback or revisions promptly to avoid delays in processing your order.

3. Shipping Methods: We offer standard shipping options for all orders. Shipping times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Please note that we do not currently offer expedited shipping options.

4. Shipping Costs: Shipping costs will be calculated based on the weight and dimensions of your order, as well as your shipping address. You will see the shipping cost at checkout before completing your purchase.

5. Order Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. You can use this tracking information to monitor the status and estimated delivery date of your order.

6. Shipping Delays: While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery of your orders, please understand that shipping delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as inclement weather, carrier issues, or unforeseen circumstances. We appreciate your patience and understanding in such situations.

7. International Shipping: At this time, we only offer shipping within the United States. We do not ship internationally.
